In short: we only collect what we need to respond to you, deliver our work and — if you ask us to — send you resources and insights. We never sell your information. Our free online tools score your answers in your browser and never link your results to your name or email.

Beyond Expectations is a trading name of Courtney Richards Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company number 08381050), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration ZB000960). Courtney Richards Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, who may use it only on our instructions and must keep it secure:

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are bound by the legal safeguards UK data-protection law requires. We will also share information if we are required to by law.

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Videos on our Resources page are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set cookies until you choose to play a video. Payment and booking pages provided by Stripe and Calendly are governed by their own privacy policies.

6. Keeping your information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and reputable, security-certified service providers — and we review them regularly.
